Blue Therapy Sensory Egg, Firm

Why we love it

The blue Therapeutic Sensory Egg fits neatly in the palm and can be squeezed over and over to release built-up tension. Its firm resistance takes moderate effort, just enough to keep hands busy, channel restless energy and bring back a sense of calm. It's a simple, discreet and genuinely soothing sensory tool that works as well on a desk as it does in a pocket.

Who it's for

Made for kids (and grown-ups) who need to move their hands in order to focus. The rhythmic squeezing helps regulate anxiety and restore steadiness during overwhelming moments.

• ADHD: a quiet outlet for fidgeting during homework or class.
• Autism: predictable, reassuring proprioceptive input.
• Anxiety: a repetitive motion that calms before a test or presentation.

At home, keep it near the study zone. In the classroom, it helps a child stay seated longer. In therapy (OT, learning support), it doubles as a grip-strength and self-regulation tool. The soft texture and rounded shape are gentle to the touch and safe. Recommended from age 4, with supervision for younger children. Like all our products, it is shipped from Québec with local service.
