Who we are
Robiii is a Québec brand and wholesaler of educational and sensory toys, based at 51 Ch. du Musée, Blainville, QC J7C 3R7. For any question about your personal information, contact our privacy officer at info@robiii.com.
What information we collect
- Retailer registration (wholesale): business name, contact person, email, phone, city/province, tax number (optional).
- Product reviews: name, email (optional), rating and comment.
- Contact form: name, email, message.
- SOS Homework book (newsletter): name, email, with your explicit consent.
- Cart: an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), used to retrieve your cart contents.
- Payment (Stripe): once online payment is active, your billing and shipping details are processed directly by Stripe — Robiii never stores your card number.
Why we collect it
To process your wholesale registration, respond to your messages, moderate and publish reviews, send you requested content, retrieve your cart, and process your orders.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors to operate the site (some located outside Québec):
- Resend — transactional email delivery (United States).
- Stripe — payment processing (United States), once active.
- Cloudflare — site hosting and infrastructure.
- robiii-hub — our own internal system (Cloudflare cloud infrastructure) for order and cart-tracking management.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for your personal information by writing to info@robiii.com. You may also file a complaint with Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI).
Tracking and cookies
The site uses your browser's local storage (not traditional cookies) to remember your cart contents. The site does not currently use any third-party advertising tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
