Returns accepted within 14 days
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. After this window, we’re unable to accept the return.
Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original condition (packaging included where possible).
- For hygiene reasons, chewables and oral items can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
Return shipping fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Exception: if the item is defective or we made an error, we cover the cost and replace or refund it.
How to return an item
- Email info@robiii.com with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm the steps and the return address.
- Ship the item; keep your proof of shipment.
Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within a few business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective).
